Do you need to learn how to best fuel for your performance? Do you need to gain or lose weight to optimize performance but are struggling or don’t how to do so?

Discover the essential insights on nutrition, performance, and wellness through one-on-one coaching.

I want to help you learn the basics of nutrition and figure out a plan that will help you improve your health and performance.

Initial assessment includes:

  • Comprehensive assessment of your health history and status, including lab analysis (if available) and determining YOUR goals.

  • Nutrition education to allow you to understand how and why to make informed decisions about your health.

  • A plan and support to help you best achieve success.

Follow-up sessions available for continued education, on-going analysis of health and performance status, support, and accountability.

Team Nutrition Education

Through interactive presentations on nutrition basics to advanced nutrition topics, let’s help your team best achieve their goals!

Presentations may cover topics such as:

  • Fueling for recovery or post-injury

Grocery Store Tours

Do you walk into the grocery store and get confused with what to buy and what should you actually be looking for on a label? Or are you in a cooking rut, but aren’t sure what products to try? Let’s go shopping together!

I’ll walk with you around YOUR grocery store and look through products you see regularly to help you better understand strategies for shopping, how to read and compare labels, and which products you want to buy to help you meet your individual goals!
